My real estate practice is focused on the Mercer, Middlesex, and Somerset County areas of Greater Princeton area of New Jersey. However, I represent clients throughout the state of New Jersey. My primary office is in Princeton, New Jersey.

Real Estate Focus

As a real estate attorney, my representation includes but is not limited to the following issues:

I represent both, individuals and businesses, (borrowers and investors) as buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
For purchase, sale and exchange of property, it is necessary to have a lawyer who will listen to and understand your concerns, have an extensive background in real estate transactions, apply analytical thinking to the resolution of issues, and know how to advocate for you. I believe that I can satisfy those needs.
I take the time to resolve problems; to assist with negotiations regarding inspection issues and other matters necessary for the closing.
I do the work necessary to prepare and/or review all closing documents, including title evaluation, surveys, and financing documents.
